Guest Post -1 on International Women's Day

Hi Friends "Happy Women's Day" to you all. From today, guest post is going to feature now and then in this blog. I have plans for making it as a regular feature soon. Just starting it with my family. Today, we have my sister Bharati with us. She is a Gold Medalist in MBA from one of the Universities of Tamil Nadu. She is interested in cooking, painting and poetry. Her few poems were featured in Thinnai, a non-profit e-magazine. Now, let us hear from her...

Nithu's Kitchen: Tell us something about you.
Bharati: A home maker and a mom to a cute little angel. Also, I'm in to my husband's construction business, share trading and an ABO in Amway.

Nithu's Kitchen: Guess, you should be busy throughout the day then. How do you relax yourself?
Bharati : I'm a great lover of art and poetry. My only way to get my self relaxed is painting or writing some poems.

Nithu's Kitchen: Apart from those, What are your other interests?
Bharati : Crossword, Sudoku and word games.

Nithus' Kitchen: When exactly did you start to cook and who is your role model in cooking?
Bharati : I don't remember the age but I started to cook during my school days. My mom is my role model, who is such a great cook. My sister and I learnt lot of things from her.

Nithu's Kitchen: Which dish is your family's favourite?
Bharati : We eat any vegetarian dish that is less spicy but I can tell you few which are most loved by my family. My whole family love Paneer Butter Masala , Butter Naan and Fried Rice.

Nithu's Kitchen: What is your daughter's favourite dish?
Bharati : She loves "Fruit Halwa". This is prepared by combination of many fruits.

Nithu's Kitchen: What recipe do have today to share with us?
Bharati: Fruit Halwa.

Nithu's Kitchen: Why did you select this? any speciality?
Bharati : As I told earlier, this is my daughter's favourite. Moreover today is women's Day, so sharing a sweet dish would be apt. Apart from that, this is highly nutritious as most of the fruits are included which are rich in vitamins and minerals.
